Sometimes simply not screwing things up is enough. Don’t be fooled into overachieving, argues Oliver Burkeman in the Guardian. For him, adding extra pressure on ourselves to go beyond a straightforward task, goal or mission can be detrimental to our mental wellbeing. Instead, he calls us to realise that we have a limit, and sometimes the consequences of not doing something can be more positive than doing it too much.
