Raghuram Rajan: Pursue self-interest by helping other economies too
Industrialised Europe and Asia have contained the virus, but elsewhere prospects are bleaker. Less-industrialised countries will need uninterrupted trade and investment flows to help them recover from the coronavirus pandemic.
