Self-help gurus tell us that in order to find time for the things that matter, we just need to sort them out from the things that don’t. But Oliver Burkeman, writing in The Guardian, points out that for most of us the problem isn’t failing to prioritise what matters. It’s that there are too many things that do matter. So how should we manage our time?
