If you wish to view or change your payment method, you can do so from our website by simply logging into your account and click on “Edit” under payment section on top right.

Our billing system will attempt to charge the credit card on file if your subscription is set to automatically renew. If there are any issues that prevent auto-renewal from occurring, we will send you an email to inform you. Our system will make four attempts to renew your subscription. If all four attempts fail, we will let you know via email.

By the way, your credit card issuer may allow us to charge your credit card even if it has expired. If you prefer to opt out of this credit card auto-update feature offered by your credit card issuer, please reach out to your financial institution to opt out.
