I accidentally purchased an annual subscription in the app. How do I get a refund?
We apologise for the inconvenience with the accidental purchase.
Fortunately, you have a 7-day trial window to cancel within. If the 7 days have already expired and you have been billed you will need to contact iTunes.
Since iTunes has a separate system for billing information, we ask that you visit the iTunes customer care department for more information as to your account status and to arrange a refund: https://support.apple.com/contact or by calling their support number in your region.
Once you have cancelled and received the refund through iTunes, if you would like a different type of subscription please send an email to email@example.com and we can get you set up.
